1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of PocketSpend (the “Service”), provided by ONXYN Limited (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and have legal capacity to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. Personal use only on free and Personal tiers; commercial use permitted on Business and Business Pro tiers.
3. Account
You are responsible for keeping login credentials safe. We enforce minimum 8-character passwords and recommend 2FA. We will not share account details with anyone other than the registered owner.
4. Subscription & billing
Free tier is available indefinitely. Paid tiers (Personal Plus, Premium, Business, Business Pro) bill monthly or annually via Stripe. Cancel any time via the app or by emailing billing@pocketspend.cloud. Refunds within 14 days of first payment per consumer law in UK, EU and Australia.
5. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. We send a renewal reminder 7 days before for annual plans. You may cancel any time and retain access through paid period end.
6. Fair use
Do not use the Service to launder money, evade tax, or commit fraud. We cooperate with HMRC, IRS, ATO, FTA and equivalent authorities under valid legal request.
7. Data
Your data belongs to you. Export available any time via CSV/PDF. On account deletion (request via /delete-account) we permanently delete within 30 days except where retention is legally required.
8. Third-party providers
We use Plaid, Yapily, Basiq, Lean Technologies for bank sync; AWS for hosting; Stripe for payments. Each is bound by their own terms which we summarize in our Privacy Policy.
9. No financial advice
PocketSpend is a budgeting tool, not a financial advisor. We do not recommend investments, regulated products or specific lenders. Consult a qualified advisor before major decisions.
10. Service availability
We target 99.5% uptime. No SLA is guaranteed on free or Personal tiers. Scheduled maintenance announced 48 hours in advance via in-app notice.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Jurisdiction: the courts of England. EU consumers retain mandatory protections under their local consumer law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms with 30 days’ notice via in-app notice and email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
