You have the right to access, rectify, port and delete your personal data under UK GDPR, EU GDPR (Article 15-22), CCPA, CDR Privacy Safeguards, and CBUAE Open Finance regulations. We honor all such requests.

Right to Access

Receive a complete copy of all personal data we hold about you. Delivered as JSON + CSV bundle within 30 days. Request at [email protected].

Right to Rectification

Correct inaccurate personal data via Settings → Profile in the app, or email us.

Right to Erasure

Permanent deletion of all personal data within 30 days. Request via /delete-account.

Right to Portability

Receive transaction and account data in machine-readable format (JSON + CSV) suitable for transfer to another service.

Right to Object

Object to specific processing activities (e.g. usage analytics). Toggle in Settings → Privacy in the app.
